Quality Policy

Total Control Systems is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer committed to manufacturing products that consistently meet our customer requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. 

It is the goal of Management to involve every employee in the quality assurance process, with continuous improvements of processes and systems.  Each employee is empowered to manage his or her manufacturing cell for efficiency and quality. 

The Quality Manager has the responsibility for written procedures, supervision, maintenance and review of this quality program, assisted by floor supervisors and plant personnel. He is responsible to resolve all conflicts between the quality program and any other policies, procedures or operations within the company and implement the necessary changes. This authority includes the organizational freedom to identify problems affecting quality, report problems, recommend corrective action to responsible management levels and verify corrective action and control nonconforming materials or products. He is also responsible for providing for an annual management review of this quality program and to take the necessary actions to assure continuous top performance. A report of this management review and resulting actions are documented and provided to all levels of management.

This quality policy serves as a framework to Total Control Systems organizational goals of providing the best possible quality product and support, with the ultimate target of exceeding the expectations and needs of its customers. 

Our use of advanced materials and strict production standards has always been aimed at ensuring the quality and dependability during operation.
