The TCS electronic gear injection pumps are a perfect choice for when air is not available. The 12VDC motors are cUL rated Class 1, Division 1 and designed to pull less than 8 amps at maximum load.
Automatic Self-Adjusting
Set your target PPM concentration ratio, and the TCS 3000 register will control a solenoid valve before the injection pump to ensure you maintain an accurate additive blend throughout the entire delivery. If the ratio falls out of tolerance for some reason, the TCS 3000 will end the delivery and print the error on the delivery ticket along with the additive volume and PPM ratio.
