TCS 5000 Additive Meter

The TCS 3000 is designed to easily integrate with your existing additive injection equipment. By doing so, your additive deliveries are tied directly into your fuel delivery process.
Automatic Monitoring
Set your target PPM concentration ratio, and the TCS 3000 register will communicate with an external PLC to ensure accurate additive blend throughout the entire delivery. If the ratio falls out of tolerance for some reason, the TCS 3000 will end the delivery and print the error on the delivery ticket along with the additive volume and PPM ratio.
Auditable
Print additive amounts directly on your delivery tickets. Send additive injection amounts to the home office where it can be consolidated and tracked via the TCS HUB.

The TCS 3000 register will provide a constant signal during product delivery. This signal passes to a PLC that drives an external additive injector controlling the injection rate.
The TCS 3000 also reads an additive meter to ensure the delivery stays within tolerance.
