TCS 500 Oval Gear Meter
The Oval Gear meter is a precise positive displacement flowmeter incorporating a pair of oval geared rotors. These meters are capable of measuring the flow of a broad range of clean liquids. Stainless Steel flowmeters are suited to most water-based products, chemicals, and lubricating liquids. The flow meter is available as a blind pulse meter with a non-factored pulse output capable of interfacing to most monitoring and control instrumentation.

The TCS 700 rotary flow meter combines excellent accuracy with low-pressure drop. The TCS 700 rotary flow meter has a compact size and lightweight design that offers minimal maintenance and long service life. This meter is built with advanced materials of construction for a broad range of measurement applications and is accompanied by a full selection of accessories and electronic registration.
The TCS 700 series rotary flow meter has a simple and efficient meter design consisting of a housing and three rotors that rotate in unison within the measuring chamber. The absence of wear, from no metal-to-metal contact within the chamber, eliminates any deterioration in accuracy and provides a long service life.
The rotors are supported by bearings inserted into two bearing plates, where at the end of each rotor shaft is a timing gear. The timed rotation between each rotor is then transferred through the calibration adjuster to the register, giving a consistent and superior measurement of accuracy.

The TCS 682 series flow meter is a true positive displacement meter that has a unique inline design consisting of three reciprocating pistons operating within their respective measuring chambers. Each piston works in a manner similar to an automobile engine. The pistons are fitted to a wobble plate, which has a shaft extending from its upper surface and a valve pivot attached beneath it.
The valve pivot drives a sliding valve from the piston to piston as a known amount of product flows through each cylindrical bore, controlling the sequence of events in a smooth mechanical motion. This smooth mechanical motion is then transferred through the driveshaft to the register.

The 700 SPA rotary flow meter is designed to meter aviation gasoline, gasoline, jet fuels, fuel oils, diesel, bio-diesel, kerosene, and naptha. It is available in 1.5" to 6" sizes.
The 700 SPD rotary flow meter is designed to meter refined petroleum products such as aviation gasoline, ethanol blends, methanol blends, gasoline, fuel oils, diesel, bio-diesel, kerosene, vegetable oils, soy oil, etc. It is available in 2" to 4" sizes.
The 700IC rotary flow meter is designed to meter industrial chemicals, general solvents, water, and other non-lubricating liquids such as alcohol, acetones, ethanol, naphtha, xylene, MEK, touluene, deionized water, demineralized water, potable water, etc. It is available in 1.5" to 4" sizes.
The 700 IP rotary flow meter is designed to meter industrial chemicals, general solvents, and many other liquids such as liquid sugars, corn syrup, soy bean oil, latex products, adhesives, etc. It is available in 1.5" to 4" sizes.
The 700 AF rotary flow meter is designed to meter industrial chemicals, solvents, pesticides, fertilizer, chlorinated solvents, paints, inks, alcohols, molasses, corn syrup, and more. It is available in 2" to 4" sizes.
The 700 SS rotary flow meter is designed to meter all the same liquids as the SP, SPA, SPD, IP, IC, and AF flow meters, but includes special handling for fluids such has nitric, phosphorus and glacial acetic acids, anti-icing fluids, vinegar, fruit juices, etc. It is available in 2" size.
